PREMIER’S STATEMENT ON B.C.'S FIRST OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL Premier Gordon Campbell issued the following statement today to celebrate the gold-medal win by North Vancouver snowboarder Maëlle Ricker:  B.C., MONTANA PARTNER ON ENVIRONMENT AND CLEAN ENERGY The Province of British Columbia and State of Montana have signed a new partnership agreement to sustain environmental values in the Flathead River Basin and to work together on climate action and development of renewable, low-carbon energy.
