B.C. is the first province in Canada to offer an affordable, universal U-Pass transit program to students at all publicly funded post-secondary institutions, announced Premier Gordon Campbell.

Schools, universities, colleges, hospitals and Crown corporations will receive $25 million in energy retrofit investments to create jobs and cut carbon pollution, announced John Yap, Minister of State for Climate Action.
