The Premier's Awards, B.C.'s public service's highest honours, were presented on March 29, 2006 at a ceremony celebrating innovation and excellence in public service programs. Premier Gordon Campbell presented the awards to the seven winners in six categories of public service.

Partnership Award: Task Force on Homelessness, Mental Illness and Addictions.

Service Excellence Award: Mineral Titles Online

Cross-Government Integration Award: FrontCounter BC

Innovation Award: Fraser Regional Corrections Centre

Organizational Excellence Award: Environmental Assessment Office
